Terrilyn was a 1967 graduate of McKeesport High School and later graduated from CCAC and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse in the ICU at Citizens General Hospital and Allegheny Valley Hospital.  She was a very active member of her church, Canaan Outreach Ministries, where she was a Sunday school teacher, secretary, and musician, receiving the well-earned title, “Piano Lady”. Terrilyn enjoyed art, singing, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. She most enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Sunday, Feb. 16 in the ROSS G. WALKER FUNERAL HOME LTD., 217 Freeport Road, New Kensington. A funeral service will be held on Monday, Feb. 17 at 11 AM at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 1150 Asa W. Roberts Way (Formerly 4th Ave.), New Kensington. Elder Ronald P. White will officiate. Anyone attending the service is asked to go directly to the church. Burial will be private in Olive Branch Cemetery, Belle Vernon. rossgwalker.com





 








Dear Terrilyn, we will miss you at the reunions. You were always kind enough to take the time to talk to me when you saw me there. Rest in peace, dear lady.

Terri - I'm not sure how our reunions will look without you; you were a fixture at each and every one for 50 years, plus our birthday bash.  Your presence will certainly be missed. RIP, friend.

Who knew when we saw you in August it would be for the last time.  So glad we were able to share some time.   You were a wonderful person and am honored to have known you. You ran the race, Im sure you have a crown!  Rest dearlady.
