With a grateful heart, we announce the passing of the husband, dad, grandfather, friend, and colleague that sweetly touched many lives. Frank was a devoted witness of the lord and a member of Cornerstone Church in Murrysville. On October 11, 2023, our Beloved Frank Henry Ring was called home by the Lord. Frank was the son of the late Verna (Gaffron) Ring and Frank Elmer Ring of McKeesport. He is survived by his doting wife Pam (Everett) Ring, his son Bradley Ring with his wife Adrienne and daughter Brittany (Ring) Ruffner and her husband Nicholas Ruffner. His brother Ronald Ring and sister Doreen (Ring) Peretic. He is preceded in death by brothers David Ring, Kenneth Ring, and sister Karin (Ring) Haufman.
Frank "Boppa" Ring had a very special relationship with his 4 grand kids, Kinsley, Leah, Addison, and Mason. They adored him and he adored them. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews in whom he treasured dearly. Frank was the type of person to live selflessly and set great examples for all of those around him. On top of it all, he held his faith at the center of his life.
Frank served in the military in the Navy in the Seabees Division. He had the great privilege to work with Ronald E. Kelley Consulting Engineering Development firm. He took classes at Boyd Community College/University of Pittsburgh which he earned his Professional Engineering and Surveying License. He furthermore created his own firm and designed and built many prominent structures and homes. Frank was also a long-time season ticket holder for Pitt Football and Basketball teams in where many family memories were created.
A Memorial service for Frank will be held on Saturday October 28, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Cornerstone Ministries located at 2200 Cornerstone Lane, Murrysville, PA. 15642
