Comment: I enlisted in the Marine Corps after high school. Upon leaving the service, I enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Administration of Justice. I attained my Instrucors Certification from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I retired from the State Police in 1999 as a Criminal Unit Supervisor and Major Case Team Supervisor. I also taught courses for the Municipal Police Officers Training for Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am currently semi-retired and substitue school teach. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Alexis Vellis Cook and we have two children and two grand children,
