1948-06-26 2015-12-15Bishop Albert Stinson Sr., 67, of McKeesport, departed this life peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015, in UPMC McKeesport. He was born June 26, 1948, in McKeesport, a son of the late Elbert Stinson Sr. and Anna Mae Hutcherson Stinson. He was also preceded in death by siblings, Shirley Stinson Harper, Betty Sue Whindleton and Kevin Russell Stinson. He was the beloved pastor of New Beginnings Ministries of McKeesport. He was a graduate of McKeesport Area High School and he later attended the Hardy Bible School. He was the former pastor at Christ Temple Church of God in Christ, Brenizer. He was a retired employee of Bechtel Bettis, member of the Christian Brothers Fellowship and an View Memorial and Tributes

He was born June 3, 1948 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Thomas L. and Agnes Blank Taylor. David had worked for the US Postal Service and was a member of the Rostraver Sportsman's Club and the NRA. He was a US Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War. For his service, he received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnamese Service Medal with 1 star and device, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Palm and the Purple Heart Medal. She was born on March 28, 1949 in Newport, Wales, UK, and was the daughter of the late Raymond J. and Eileen (Alsept) Thomas. She was the loving wife of the late Bruce William Alton, who passed away on December 16, 2013. She was a former Supervisor for Dish Network. Jennifer was a devoted and hardworking mother who loved her family, she enjoyed cooking, watching movies, and cheering on her favorite Pittsburgh sports teams, especially the Steelers.
