She was born in McKeesport on November 26, 1948 and is the daughter of the late Fillipo and Bertha (Zyskowski) Buti. Janet is survived by her husband Clifford Wesley Flegal, Sr., son; Thomas Wesley (Jessica) Mihun of McKeesport, stepsons; Clifford Wesley Flegal of Phoenix, Arizona and Kevin Wallace Flegal of Ft.
